If a cancellation request is received within this period, we will promptly terminate the account and process a partial refund. Please be aware that a $10 CAD cancellation fee per account will be applied.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours from the date of cancellation.
