CandisClub provides an online video service that allows clients to browse unique media offerings posted by enthusiasts on the Internet. By accessing or using any of the CandisClub services, you acknowledge and consent to these terms.

Subscription-Based Service

Our subscription service offers convenience and uninterrupted access to our premium features. With our auto-renewal feature, you can enjoy uninterrupted service, as email notifications are sent to you seven days before the renewal date. This allows you to stay in control of your subscription and make any necessary adjustments ahead of time, ensuring a seamless experience with us.

Minimum Age Requirement

In order to become a member and use CandisClub services, you must be 18 years old or older.

Usage and Service Terms

You may not directly or indirectly stream, distribute, broadcast, or transmit the content using any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means.

Quality of Streams

A perfect viewing experience relies on your network access and device capabilities. The elements will be based on your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of the device you are using. Subsequently, CandisClub can’t make any guarantees about the content in these regards. Please note that sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or device ban.

Number of Channels and Other Content

The number of channels and other content in the library can be changed anytime based on the updates done every week.

Accuracy of Information

All the data you submit through our website must be accurate and updated. You are responsible for all usage of your account.

Compatibility

To access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility prerequisites.

Internet Service and Data Usage

You are in charge of any expenses related to your network access used to get to our services.

Sharing a Subscription

Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You can only have one active stream open at any given time. However, by purchasing extra connections, you can use our service on multiple devices at the same time.

Purchase Details

To make a purchase, follow the ordering procedures described via the service. Pricing details for products and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the service and are subject to change without notice.

Suspension and Downtime

In the extension of our rights to end or suspend your access, as delineated above, you acknowledge that your access and usage of the services may be suspended for the duration of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services. Despite our best efforts to maintain uninterrupted service, occasional server outages and downtime can occur unexpectedly. We cannot guarantee continuous availability of our services. Technical issues may arise that are beyond our immediate control. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that there may be instances where our server experiences temporary disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these periods, as our team will diligently work to resolve any issues and restore the service as quickly as possible.

All correspondences and notices to be made or offered in understanding with this Agreement should be in the English, French, or Arabic language. We maintain all authority to instantly terminate or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if CandisClub determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms, disregarded any law, rule, or regulation.

Service Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your account after activation, service cancellation fees will be applied. To send your service cancellation request, visit candisclub.com/cancellation-request.

Refund

Customers have the option to cancel their account within the first 15 days from the date of initial sign-up for the service. If a cancellation request is received within this period, we will promptly terminate the account and process a partial refund. Please be aware that a $10 CAD cancellation fee per account will be applied.

The CandisClub logo and other CandisClub assets, including marks, graphics, and scripts, are the property of CandisClub. None of CandisClub assets may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.
